I help people and organizations think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and build things that matter. I work as a consultant and facilitator — which mostly means I ask questions until the real problem comes into focus, then help figure out what to do about it.

Writing is the other half of what I do. I believe writing is thinking — that the act of putting something into words forces a clarity that no other process quite matches. So I write. Stories, essays, observations. Whatever needs writing.

I'm also a creator in the broader sense. I build things — projects, tools, ideas — and I'm curious about nearly everything. This site is a reflection of that: a place to put the work, share the thoughts, and see what sticks.
